Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- A flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies to all orders within New Zealand unless stated otherwise.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $69.
- For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, permits, product restrictions, and other local requirements.
Delivery Policy
- We partner with third-party couriers, with shipments dispatched Monday – Friday.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and packing.
- Orders containing pre-sale or back-ordered items will be held until all products are available.
- Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframes are:
- North Island: 2–3 working days (plus an additional 2–3 days for rural addresses).
- South Island: 3–5 working days (plus an additional 2–3 days for rural addresses).
- Please note: Additional delays may occur during public holidays.
- We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Naturally Fabulous, we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you experience any issues, please email naturallyfabulousnz@gmail.com within 14 working days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, we can provide an exchange for an unopened product in its original condition, if requested within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If your product is faulty or damaged, you may request:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund via store credit or the original payment method.
- Faulty or damaged product claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
